Clear Space is a family-run business based in Bude, North Cornwall.
We specialise in developing community business parks across the South West consisting of small business units, retail spaces, workshops, offices and storage rooms.
Retail locations in both Bude and Wadebridge, from town centre positions to out of town shopping villages.
Over 130 warehouse and office spaces of varying size across our four sites in Bude and Wadebridge.

With access to our self-storage facility permitted 8:30am - 5:30pm your goods will be locked away in our secure, heated warehouse in Bude.
Prices start from just £20 per week.

All of our business spaces are individually rated, this means they will be eligible for rates, however the majority of spaces we have (because of their size) fall under the 'Small Business Rate Relief' band meaning as long as you qualify you will be eligible for 100% relief. You can read more on the Gov website here
Each unit is metered separately. On the 15th of each month when you rental invoice is raised you will receive your utility bill due for payment 1st of the month.
You are free to access your unit at anytime.
Payments are to be made monthly in advance.
I'm afraid not, the unit space you are renting is inside only. A vehicle may be left directly outside your unit while unloading and working but never overnight.
